By developing early-career lecturers' capacity and enhancing students' access to research-informed learning, we aim to strengthen institutional capability to deliver inclusive, internationally competitive ICT programmes aligned with Vietnam's strategic technological priorities.

Jointly design pilot short courses on Vietnam's prioritised technologies, embedding frontier research on Digital Twins, IoT, and Cloud Computing.

Host workshops and seminars to demonstrate research-to-teaching integration and present outputs at ICT conferences.
Publish high-impact research and create a specialised 'Research-to-Teaching Toolkit' for lecturers.
